M&I Constantinou Ltd is a family operated construction company, founded in 1996 by Mr. Michalis Constantinou (Civil & Structural Engineer, Director) and Mrs. Iliada Constantinou (Accounting & Finance, Secretary). 

In 2011, Mr. Constantinos Constantinou (Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineer, Managing Director) was also added to the management structure of the firm. 

Our company began operations in the Cypriot contracting industry on which we have gained a long experience both in Building and Infrastructure assets. 

Through our work experience we have managed to receive the following contracting licenses: Building Class: A & Infrastructure Class: C.

These, together with our technical expertise, grant us the opportunity to undertake any type of construction activity in Cyprus.

Furthermore, we have been operating in the Real Estate market in the area of Limassol, Cyprus and we have so far developed a series boutique residential projects.
